- PS THE LABEL
- For orders within the Philippines shipping time is within 8 - 15 working days.
- Local delivery within Metro Manila is sent via grab express or Lalamove, while Provincial shipping is via LBC. Your dispatch email will contain the carrier & tracking details for your convenience.
- Orders shipped around Asia & the rest of the world will be delivered via DHL or FEDEX.
- To track or make changes to your delivery you may contact them directly via their site using your tracking number.

- RTW Bridal Gowns is made to measure.
- Alterations may be allowed by request. (Additional charges may apply)
- Shipping lead time is estimated around 2 to 6 months and clients shall shoulder all shipping fees for international orders.
- For orders placed within the Philippines, items may be picked up at our atelier in BGC, Taguig City.
- Once order is completed it is considered sold.
- A PS Officiel team representative will email you to confirm your order and guide you through the process.
- For hygienic purposes we do not allow returns or exchanges.
- Upon the start of production refunds will not be accommodated.
