SHIPPING & DELIVERY

PS The Label

For orders within the Philippines shipping time is within 8 - 15 working days. Local delivery within Metro Manila is sent via Grab express or Lalamove, while Provincial shipping is via LBC. Your dispatch email will contain the carrier & tracking details for your convenience.

Orders shipped around Asia & the rest of the world will be delivered via DHL or FEDEX. To track or make changes to your delivery you may contact them directly via their site using your tracking number.

Please note:

*All shipping cost must be shouldered by the client. Shipping charges varies depending on your location.

*You will receive an estimated delivery date via email once order has been confirmed.

*For International orders, delivery may be delayed due to situations beyond our control like Customs duties or Increase in demand.

*Local Taxes & Duties are included. For International orders, any additional taxes & duties in the country of destination will be shouldered by the client.

*Our PS Officiel Team will do our best to ship your items at the soonest possible time. In case there are any changes, our customer service team will contact you directly.

*Once item has been dispatched, PS Officiel will not be liable for any loses, delays or damage on the packaging. You may contact the assigned courier & provide your tracking number for assistance.
