• RTW Bridal gowns can be altered or custom fit.
• We allow alterations by request
• everything will be pre- approved by client before shipmet
• Shipping locally & Internationally
• Delivery & Shipments takes 2 to 8 months

PS OFFICIEL THE LABEL
• We alter to fit for free but transfer/ transport of garment shall be taken care of the buyer.
• Shipping is 3-10 business days locally
• 7-15 business days Internationally

PS OFFICIEL RTW BRIDAL
• Once order is confirmed it is considered sold.
• No returns or refunds.
• Exchanges may be accommodated but it is in the discretion of the company.

PS OFFICIEL THE LABEL
• We accept Returns and exchanges made within 14 days with the garment in it perfect condition. Unused, Unwashed with all the tags intact.
• Refunds must be made 7 days maximum from date of purchase
